These units have always struggled to suit an alien environment.. One of the main obstacles was monitoring large areas using the correct type of trigger, then getting the various trips wired to the main control unit.

 

Boat & Marine Panelling and flooring on board are not designed to be removed and a lot of damage can occur.

 

After extensive testing & installation. We now recommend a Wireless Sensor System specifically for this type of application.

 

The main control unit will be hidden, typically behind or near the main navigation panel, offering start-up immobilisation, visual arm and disarm warnings along with selectable audio arm and disarm with night mute (let’s not annoy the neighbours). Where available the unit will illuminate the gantry / deck lighting for safe boarding when disarmed.

 

Arming and disarming is by remote control (2 supplied) along with an override Touchkey. Full battery backup with anti-tamper casing. Loud Siren. Battery. A very low power consumption. Hibernation (option) also available for long term powerless protection. (wired trip required for wake-up)

 

Pushing the arm button twice put the unit into armed (Home) offering exterior protection only (Safe on board)

 

When Armed entry points (Exterior) protection is provided using  Waterproof Wireless Mag & Reed Sensors. Easily positioned on most hatches doors or windows to suit . These can be programmed into home or away, offering onboard protection and defined area access

 

Interior protection is achieved using double knock Wireless PIR sensors. This unit blends easily with any interior and will cause no damage too panelling or fittings. Again the unit can be programmed into the home zone, offering selectable exclusion for sleeping on board

 

Start up system £345.00p includes 1 Mag and reed 1 PIR sensor. Additional sensors are supplied at £45.00p PIR & £25.00p Mag & Reed.
